During weekdays it's usually pretty easy to find at least one $5 craps table at casinos such as Flamingo, Harrahs, Casino Royale, Excalibur, Tropicana, New York New York, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Cromwell, Linq. In my experience(multiple trips to LV and preferring $5 table games) I've found that many casinos on the strip spread $5 craps so long as it's not the weekend and it's not a higher end property.
